"A" has been leased to Hudson's Bay Company and shall be operated as Home
Outfitters; a kitchen, bed and bath Superstore. Home Outfitters - Victoria is
scheduled to open to the public for business on Friday morning, August 30, 2002

Landlord announces that it has entered into a binding agreement
with Hudson’s Bay Company to lease Building ‘A’ (36,000 sq. ft. GLA). Hudson’s
Bay Company shall utilize the premises for their Home Outfitters kitchen, bed
and bath Superstore. Store opening scheduled for August 1st, 2002.
